This active learning experience will equip you with lots of strategies and activities for your Youth Development/Recreation Program Tool Box; purposefully designed for fun and adventure to grow kids' character using the Six Pillars of Character Counts. ™ Participants receive a Program Guide with over 100 activities.

This active learning experience will take your group through all stages to become a high performing team.
The group takes a journey to explore the stages of team development using adventure-based activities. We'll start with getting acquainted and build the inclusion and trust needed to take on some fun team games and challenges and we'll end in celebration! With your full participation you will experience laughter along with the skills and responsibilities of being an effective team player.
